We like hearing from readers. Whether you have spotted an error, want to pitch a story, are interested in advertising, or just have a question, here is how to reach the right part of Techiadd.
General and editorial enquiries
For anything to do with our journalism — questions, feedback, story ideas or general enquiries — email editorial@techiadd.com. This reaches the newsroom and is the best catch-all address if you are not sure who to contact.
Corrections
If you have found a factual error in something we have published, please tell us at corrections@techiadd.com. Include the article and the specific mistake, and a source if you have one. We take corrections seriously — see our Corrections Policy for how we handle them.
Pitch a story
Have a tip, a product worth reviewing, or a story we should cover? See Pitch a Story for how to do it well, or write directly to editorial@techiadd.com with “Pitch” in the subject line. Pitching is free and coverage is never paid-for.
Write for Techiadd
If you would like to contribute as a writer rather than pitch a single story, our Write for Techiadd page explains what we look for and how to apply.
Advertising and partnerships
For advertising, newsletter sponsorship or commercial partnerships, see our Advertise page or email advertising@techiadd.com. Commercial enquiries go to our business team and never to the newsroom, in line with our Ethics Policy.
Who we are
Techiadd is an independent consumer-technology publication. You can learn more about us and meet the people behind it on our masthead. Every article also carries the name of the writer who reported it, so you always know who stands behind our work.
A note on what we can do
We read everything sent to us, but we cannot offer personal tech support, guarantee a reply to every message, or provide product recommendations by email beyond what we publish. For buying advice, our reviews and how-to guides are the best place to start.
